The annual Randy Martin Lifetime Achievement Award is presented in loving memory of the late Randy Martin, respected friend and colleague in the hair replacement industry. It is intended to reflect Randy’s pioneering spirit and entrepreneurial zeal. Randy spent much time in his early years with New Image (then First Lady Company) traveling, as he instructed and trained technicians and sales people alike in this niche industry. Always pushing boundaries, and never settling for anything less than “simply the best”, Randy revolutionized the hair replacement industry with the introduction of his program sales concept, and territory exclusive product designs like the Paragon.

Everything Randy did was undertaken with gusto; there were no half-measures on his busy agenda. Even still, customers and competitors alike could not deny that the industry was more dynamic and fun because of Randy Martin. Tragically, he was taken from us in June of 1999, but his legacy will always live on. In honor of his vision, we embrace Randy’s philosophy, knowing no boundaries, no limits. Randy’s dream of lifting the industry to its highest levels are felt today by people who laughed with him, worked alongside him, and some who never even met him.

He was, and will continue to be, an inspiration to us all.
